I made my strawberry jam tonight. It took me an hour, but look at all the jam I got! I just followed the recipe on the Ball no-sugar needed pectin box. I did buy myself a Ball starter set with a basket to lift the jars in and out and it came with 3 jars and an instruction manual. The Ball Discovery Kits are on clearance at Target for a little over $7.00 and I had a $2.00 off coupon! I am going to mix some strawberry jam in my yogurt in the morning...yum!!
