This is how I use coconut oil:
- I use 1 tsp of coconut oil in my oatmeal.
- I spread coconut oil on my toast before adding peanut butter.
- I saute my vegetables in coconut oil
- I also bake with coconut oil instead of using butter. Coconut oil in brownies is yummy! Gives it a coconut/chocolate flavor, yum!
